You live in France and work in Belgium

You must register with a mutuelle in Belgium for your family to be covered for health care reimbursements (visits to the doctor, medicines bought in pharmacies, hospital care) and indemnities in case of inability to work.

As soon as we receive your file, we will supply you with an S1 form (new name of the E106 form) to be handed to your CPAM so that your "carte Vitale" will remain valid.

You live in Belgium and work in France

You must register with the CPAM in France for your family to be covered for health care reimbursements and indemnities in case of inability to work. You are automatically registered with a CPAM.

Once you start working in France, you are automatically registerd with a Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie.

In order to ensure that your family is covered for health care (care reimbursements and compensation in case of incapacity to work in Belgium), ask the CPAM in France for the S1 form (formerly the E106 form). Click here to find your CPAM

Thanks to these formalities, you will be covered by Social Security of the two countries: where you live and where you work.
